01.Verity Saul
Proprietor - BHS II DR (Reg’d)
Advanced dressage rider (Group 3). Regional Dressage Trainer. List 6 Dressage Judge. Qualified First Aid at Work. Verity has been the Owner of Witham Villa since 8 October 1992. Currently competing up to Prix St George level Affiliated dressage, she was the winner of the Steele Salver in 2010. She has also competed in Affiliated Show Jumping to Newcomers, and Horse Trials at Pre-Novice level.
Verity specialises in dressage training, focusing on the rider's seat and position to improve their effectiveness in competition or generally in furthering the training of the horse. Lessons on your own horse, or on one of the Witham Villa schoolmasters.

02. Alison West
Yard Manager - BHS PTT, ESFAC, Child Protection
Alison was welcomed back into the team in September 2010. She had worked here as Yard Manager previously, before having her daughter and then running a private livery yard.
As well as the general running of the yard and teaching, Alison is involved in the training of the horses at Witham Villa and currently competes in dressage.

02. Jess Thomas
Office Manager - BHSAI, NVQ Assessor/verifier.
Jess has a wealth of equestrian experience having worked full time with horses previously in various yards, including riding school and racing. Jess now works part time at Witham Villa and deals with administration and organisation, accounts, HR, and general riding school matters.

03. Serina Gonchakov
Yard Supervisor - ABRS ITA NVQ III, H&S cert, 1st aid, CPC
Serina joined Witham Villa having worked in both England and the USA in large studs and competing national standard in the UK and USA in western riding and showing.
Serina teaches at Witham Villa and supervises the running of the yard. Serina also assists Verity with the dressage horses.
Serina schools horses and ponies that are at Witham Villa.
She currently competes at Affiliated level in British Dressage with Monty at Prelim and Novice level.

04. Sarah Wade
Assistant Yard Supervisor - ABRS ITA, NVQ 3, R&RS, BHS Stage I
Sarah joined us in September 2010 having completed her NVQ3 working on the yard at Moreton Morrell College. Since joining Witham Villa Sarah has gained her ABRS ITA teaching qualification.
Sarah is now working for her BHS exams and is also bringing on her own horse and starting to compete in Prelim dressage.
Sarah is actively involved with the Witham Villa Riding Club and helps with Pony Club.

05. Julie Tomlinson
Instructor - ABRS TC, CPC, 1st aid
Julie has been a member of the team since 1997 and has gained her qualifications and huge experience during her time here. In 2005 she won an ABRS grant award for instruction.
She is currently competing in side saddle and dressage competitions. She has ridden at Royal Windsor show and County shows.

06. Sarah Frisby
Instructor - ABRS ITA, NVQ 2, H & S Cert, 1st aid, CPC
Sarah joined the team as a trainee, she has worked and studied her way up and now has her ABRS Initial Teaching Award, NVQ Level II Horsecare, First Aid Certificated, Health and safety certificate, Riding and Road Safety and achieved her child protection award. Sarah has been given more responsibility now and is supervisor on a Saturday and assists to run the yard during the week.
Sarah has her own horse.

07. Sally Willcox
Show secretary/instructor - NVQ II horsecare, First Aid, R&RS
Sally works part time organising & running the British dressage shows.
Sally has competed up to Elementary level dressage, having upgraded from Novice after qualifying for the winter 2006 Regional Finals. She qualified for the petplan area festival 2009 at Elementary level.

08. Kath Torode
Administration Officer - NVQ 1 in horse care
Kath works part time during the week and heads our front desk dealing with enquiries, lesson bookings and customer liasion. She is currently studying for the NVQ 2 in horsecare.
Kath owns her own horse "Don't Take The Mickey" which she competes at prelim and novice dressage.

09. Laura Cochrane
Instructor - ABRS ITA, NVQ 2, CPC, Health and Safety,
Laura joined us straight from school and has succesfully completed her NVQ level 2 in Horsecare and Riding. She gained her teaching qualifications in 2011.
Laura has her own horse, Tommy.

10. Kelly Masterman-Smith
Trainee Instructor - NVQ 2, CPC, 1st aider
Kelly joined us on a trainee scheme, she had ridden with us prior to joining the team and has now achieved her NVQ II in Horsecare and Riding.
Kelly is now studying for NVQ 3.

11. Chantelle Whitecross
Instructor - BHS PTT, Equine specific 1st aid, R & RS and CPC
During her time at Witham Villa, Chantelle has succesfully completed her NVQ level 2 and has passed the BHS PTT and BHS Stage 3. She is now completing her training for the NVQ 3.
Chantelle enjoyed a successful season competing Janco in unaffiliated dressage in 2010.

20. Mollie Bradshaw
Apprentice - NVQ1
Mollie joined Witham Villa on the apprenticeship scheme in November 2011. She is currently studying for NVQ 2.

21 Dave Saul
Business Executive - BA in Hispanic and Business Studies
Dave graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2011 and is now working part time for Witham Villa.
